I was so happy to have hired quality help. These guys went above and beyond my expectations.
In addition to providing top notch security, Jamel helped me in my time of need. We had an issue with our parking gate not opening prior to the wedding. Jamel helped me out by directing traffic so that our guest wouldn't have trouble parking until the issue got fixed. He played a huge role in making our day successful and I am grateful for that.

5-Star performance. We held a small party for my high school son and John was our securityguard. He arrived early and was very pleasant to talk to. He even sent me a picture of a Quiet Riot event he had done a few days before.
He was cordial to our guests as they arrived, and as they exited he even escorted a few of them to their cars because it was dark and he had a flashlight.
So awesome and what a terrific experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is 50 per unarmed guard and 60 per armed guard unless additional services are provided. An additional 25 dollars for extended travel expenses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This company will validate what services is needed according to the amount of people who is needing to be secure. The agreement for what work is needed to be done and a reasonable price for the service provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training for all security officers is to be DPS certified . Standard security training is needed when handling customer and provide high respect for all individuals unless they become hostile.
