- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get you started, we will assign a dedicated Project Manager to your account who will be in touch with you daily via emails, texts or phone. Initially, we will send you a form for website which you can fill and send it back to us to start the work. Step ONE: That is initially we will start from the design of it, where we will have our business analyst team do some research on your industry and we will come up with some ideas for you about the layout and you can pour in your suggestions as well. Step TWO: Once the design shall be finalized, then it would be the step of incorporating your content pictures, integrating your merchant account on the site and any additional information you want to incorporate. Then would be the final step of testing it you may play with the website on a test server. Step THREE: Once approved, we will make it live on domain and hosting. The website shall come with a lead generation page. So any customer interested in your services and wants to leave a message or a query for you can do via Contact us Page. This information shall be diverted to your email address
