When I was ready to replace my foggy windows several years ago, Zen Windows offered very informative, low pressure sales experience. They had several brands of windows, varying in looks and price. I went with a middle brand which included a lifetime warranty. The installation Went smoothly with good attention to detail. Recently, I noticed one of the windows was growing mold inside it: small white specs. I called Zen and they immediately offered To order a replacement. Now the replacement is installed and I have 100% beautiful windows that buffer sound from outdoors and reduce my energy cost.

Weve had a great experience with Zen Windows. The quality of their windows and screens is excellentsolid, well-built, and theyve really made a difference in our home. What impressed us just as much is their customer service. Weve had to use the warranty twice, and both times they responded immediately and replaced the windows without any hassle. Its rare to find a company that stands behind their product like that. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently had Zen Windows replace half of the windows in the house we purchased last year. The house was a 1995 build with the original aluminum frame windows, busted seals and all. After getting an outrageous quote from Renewal by Andersen, working with Zen was a breath of fresh air. We got 2 competing quotes from two companies for the same NT vinyl replacement windows. The quote from Zen was several thousand less across the whole house. We elected to replace half the windows and take advantage of the 12 month zero interest financing option. Once we get them paid off, we plan to do the rest of the house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Zen Windows pricing differs for each project as all windows and doors are made custom for each homes specific project. We believe in upfront and fair pricing and not in marketing tactics such as large discounts or free windows to win our clients over.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Zen Windows is an online based replacement window and door company. What this means is that we do not come into your home with a pushy 2-4 hour sales consultation, instead we discuss your project with you over the phone and via email. We then provide you with a quote for the replacement project. If/when you choose to move forward with our company, we then have our installer come out to take exact measurements prior to your new doors and windows being made custom for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have been installing windows for over 20 years and are experts in their craft. With our 100% lifetime and transferable warranty you can be sure that we will do the job correctly, the first time.
