- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are prices are not the cheapest in town but are reasonable and fair and the quality is always the best . We won't settle for less than the highest quality work obtainable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to discuss their needs and wants for the project that they are wanting done and give them our best recommendations in assisting them to make the best decisions and choices for their project. Discuss our qualifications for doing the work that they want done so the customer feels confident in our ability to deliver what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the remodeling, restoration and new construction business my entire life and have over 40 years of experience in this field. Have a vast knowledge of all aspects of construction and remodeling.
