I have an interior design firm and hired Ardonia to do the work for a small remodel job on a client's Game Room and Upstairs bathroom.
I met with Daniel and he was friendly and professional. He hired good subs to do the work although he had an issue with the flooring sub and he fixed it himself without an issue.
He wasn't always that available and towards the end became very hard to get a hold of and didn't respond to my requests or emails in a timely fashion. He also began working with the client directly rather than checking with us even though this was forbidden in our agreement with Ardonia. We agreed to purchase materials and they invoiced us for those but they also invoiced us for a tile saw and other equipment that they purchased for the job - equipment that they were going to take with them, not leave at the client's site (which is who was paying for it). So we explained to them that tools were not part of the materials since they would be reused by them again and again for their own business. They did remove it.
Ultimately, they did a decent job, they were ok but I wouldn't say stellar and towards the end they seems completely uncommunicative and very distant and after we paid him his final payment we never heard a word back from them - not a thank you, check back with us, nothing. He went from very friendly to very strange and acted like he was avoiding me at the end.
Although their work was ok, they need to work on their customer service skills and communication with their client (us) better.
