At Total Plumbing Service Inc., we believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. We charge a $39 Whole-Home Plumbing Diagnostic, which includes a thorough inspection by a licensed plumber and a detailed estimate for any recommended repairs. We do not charge by the hour, so you know the total investment before any work begins. Our flat-rate pricing means you're paying for the solution—not the time it takes. We also stand behind our work with industry-leading warranties and offer financing options for larger repairs. Be sure to ask about our seasonal promotions and our Triple Check Membership, which includes 10% off repairs, priority scheduling, and extended labor warranties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Schedule a convenient appointment. A licensed, background-checked plumber arrives on time and performs a comprehensive diagnostic. We explain what we found using photos or video whenever possible. You'll receive clear, upfront pricing before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the repair professionally and clean up after ourselves. We test everything thoroughly and answer any remaining questions before leaving. We believe educated customers make the best decisions, so we always take the time to explain your options.

Total Plumbing Service Inc. has proudly served the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1996.
