Not a expert on stone... Work cracks after month of install.
The Patient Gardener's reply
I am sorry your stonework cracked after a month. Due to the soil conditions in Rockwall county the ground can shift and cause cracks in your stonework beyond our control. We have a 2 year warrenty on all workmanship and we would be more than happy to fix any issues you may be having. I don't recall doing work for you Chester R. so please give me a call so I can get this rectified we don't like to have any unhappy customers. Thank you, Rob

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the landscaper you select has experience and will stand behind the work they do. Ask for references and pictures. Don't always go with the least expensive bid because they may be cutting corners in order to cut costs. Get a guarantee on any workmanship and deal with a reputable company that will be around if something should happen. Most of all, work with someone you like!
