- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on several factors, including the complexity of the work and the time we anticipate it will take to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free initial consultation, in person or over the phone. From there, we gather the client's paperwork and begin working on the project. All of our work goes through a quality control process. For tax returns, once the return has been finalized, the client receives a copy to review and approve for submission to the IRS. We typically do not send a bill until the work is complete. We have a secure client portal for clients to upload their documents, or they can email/fax them to our office. They can also drop off their paperwork and we will scan everything for them. The entire process can be done remotely and securely, with minimum effort from the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Accounting from UTSA and have trained under some very intelligent and experienced CPAs. I obtained my CPA license in 2009.
