Introduction: I have been working has a business consultant and bookkeeping service for the past nine years. I have been working with several small businesses and non-profits providing the following services. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper maintained fix asset and general ledger. Reconciliations bank account and credit cards, processed Accounts Payable and produced 1099's and 1096 forms, Receivables with collections and sales tax report , Management of payroll from entering time to preparing checks or direct deposit to processing Federal, State and Local tax payments, Prepare and filled reports monthly, quarterly, annually with end of the year financial statements. I create budgets and produce reports. Business Consultant I have created accounting systems with chart of accounts designed for their business, cost center accounting and job tracking when needed. Create accounting process and procedures for businesses to follow. Solve taxes issue with current and pass returns, Prepared for annual audits internal and external with recommendation for improvement. Implement and maintain insurance coverage that the business needs. Create an inventory tracking systems that reconciliation the inventory to sales of product and payments to consultant/employee. Non Profit I have done it all from, dancer, cleaning lady, volunteer coordinator, bookkeeper, office manager, Interim Executive Director. I managed the day to day operations of running several non-profits not all at one time but throughout the years. I implemented a grant management system by tracking expenditures, income through the accounting system and provided back up documentation for the reports required by the funder. Submitted invoicing to the City of San Antonio for worked performed. Organized special and fund raising events.
