David responded quickly to my request and came to fix the problem the same day. He was professional and explained what he was planning to do and gave me a reasonable price. He fixed the problem and accepted payment with a debit card. I will his phone number handy, should I ever need a plumber. Thanks again, David.

David did an excellent job handling several plumbing projects for me, including moving and installing a water softener with new plumbing, flushing my tankless water heater, and replacing the plumbing under my kitchen sink.

He was punctual and reliable—showing up exactly when he said he would—and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even when we ran into some unexpected challenges with the tankless water heater, David remained professional, patient, and determined to get everything working properly.

What really stood out was his follow-up a few days later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. That level of care and attention is rare.

I would absolutely hire David again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable plumber.

Details: No, repair is not urgent • No, the building is not currently flooded • Other pipe issue • Sink • Water heater • House

Boricua Services came out the same day to replace a toilet in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. While he was here, David took the time to walk through the property, answer all of our questions, and inspect our plumbing system beyond the original repair. He identified issues with our water hardness, an active leak, and a faulty pressure-reducing valve. Problems we otherwise wouldn’t have known about until they became much bigger (and more expensive) issues. We really appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable, and honest he was. Thanks to his inspection, we can address these problems proactively. Highly recommend Boricua Services for their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service.

David showed up within 2 hours of initial contact for leak repair. He was fast, courteous, and provided quality work at a fair price. He also explained what he was going to do and gave me an accurate estimate before the work was started. I will use David again.
