David did an excellent job handling several plumbing projects for me, including moving and installing a water softener with new plumbing, flushing my tankless water heater, and replacing the plumbing under my kitchen sink. He was punctual and reliable—showing up exactly when he said he would—and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even when we ran into some unexpected challenges with the tankless water heater, David remained professional, patient, and determined to get everything working properly. What really stood out was his follow-up a few days later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. That level of care and attention is rare. I would absolutely hire David again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable plumber.

David was great! He was able to fit my job in same day to fix the leak and replace the water PRV & shut-off valve for our water supply. Even though it took him beyond normal work hours, he was professional and got the job done. Definitely recommend.

Boricua Services, led by David Mendez, provided outstanding service. David was extremely responsive, coming out on a Sunday with less than 24 hours’ notice to assess my main water line leak. He and Jamore were highly professional, keeping me updated through every step of the repair. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and quickly resolved what had been a difficult and elusive issue.
