I just completed a Job on my home with Juan and one of his employees Moy that handled my job with professionalism and quality at a price that was fair. The job was rather big , it was a sewage leak under my foundation and was causing my health issues to compound. the gratitude that I feel for the help without stress from them while I was dealing with this situation goes way beyond just a thank you for doing a great Job, but you literally saved my life , I have lung issues and the promptness of the work being completed and putting my home back to a safe place for me to live was amazing, thank you Juan and Moy , Juan definitely can do it and like no Juan else can and with a pleasant experience the whole way , its hard to deal with the stress of a situation as I had and having it done with respect and concern made it an easier process for me to handle . I will be recommending them to all my family and friends and hiring them again when needed . 20 stars :) Great job , Ty :)

E Wolfe arrived quickly after we contacted Juan’s. Our water had been shut down all night and we needed some help immediately. He was polite, responsive and knowledgeable. He repaired a leak from the main city water line to our house. He did a good job, his work was done quicker than expected and his pricing was reasonable. We had him do another job while he was here as, luckily, he had time. We’ll see how everything goes in the future but it looks like we’ve found our go to plumber. Thanks Wolfe!

Over the Moon ~ I reached out to Juan’s Plumbing Services yesterday because my Toilet was clogged and I also experienced some slowness with water draining in the bathtub. Juan responded immediately in the app and was ready to send someone out on Friday. Because I had a Spurs game to attend, Anthony his Amazing technician called me this morning and said he was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly analyzed the potential issue. We discussed the price, and within minutes he was working to determine the source of the clog. He snaked the drain and utilized a camera system to locate the blockage. He showed me the issue and was quickly able to clear the clog. He also showed me how to remove the stopper in the tub where he located a rubber band and hair that was causing the slow drainage issue. He restored the bathroom and demonstrated to me that the toilet was working with multiple flushes, as well as, ran the sink and shower to show all water was running smoothly. Anthony, you rock and I appreciate you and Juan’s plumbing. As stated before you left, you are now my Plumbing Professional. Highly Recommended 🙌🙌🙌🙌
