Never showed up for appointment. I’m fine if he chose not to do the job, but there was no communication to advise of that. I also left a phone and email message and no return call. This has caused additional delays for me, when I could have worked with another vendor.

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to get to you. But with all due respect I have a huge sewer line job I’m doing and we originally had the day before in afternoon, I didn’t want to be in your kitchen after doing that job. My fault for not communicating and I got busy n lost track of time
