My name is Adam Shannon. I have been in the plumbing industry now for over 15 years. I started PlumbSmart with my two best friends, Roger Morin and Cody Blackmon. Starting PlumbSmart was no overnight success, it took me many years of learning from different plumbing company’s I worked for, both large and small to finally find the confidence and passion to open up my own shop. What drove me the most to open my own company was the customers that I have met throughout the years and also the stories they have told me about either poor customer service or bad experiences from so many different companies in the area. Through these experiences with my own customers, I have been able to hone my own customer service skills while still maintaining to be the best plumber for my clients. My passion for this company will be teaching my employees the values of customer service that I have learned, in order to make the world of plumbing not only a better place but also a smarter place. Contacted Owner Roger for plumbing issues I had at my house and he was absolutely professional at his job duties and got the job done fast and very reasonable, I highly recommend him and his company to everyone in need of a plumber.

I explained to Roger about my clogged shower drain, he was polite and he sent out Ryan who was very professional and did a great job unclogging the drain. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Roger and his team of skilled professionals are truly there for me 24/7...including 11pm when I walked onto my bathroom to find a steady stream shooting from my shower...Roger was at my front door in less than 30 minutes...

10/10 would recommend!! They were very professional and helping. I had several questions and every single one of them was answered in a manner that I would understand. Cody never once treated me like a client but like a friend. Felt like I’ve known him for several years the way he talked too and treated me.

We offer fair market pricing and we also have made it a practice to offer multiple solution and price options so that it makes your experience easier! We are very transparent with our customers and make sure that they understand exactly what they are paying for!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get to know our customers! We do not charge a service fee to come out and find your problem and or give you a solution, so our visits are stress free!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and all of my plumbers are fully licensed by the state! We have all been through years of training and are up to par on all of the current plumbing codes.
