Hired on Thumbtack

I had a terrible smell coming from under my kitchen sink. PrimeLine came out to fix this issue quickly and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. They took the time to educate me about the issue and walked me through preventative care for my plumbing. Lastly, they were very affordable. I will definitely use them for my future needs.

I needed an inline Phyn water monitor removed and the pipe reconnected. The connection was extremely stuck, and I had already stopped a DIY attempt to avoid causing damage.

Art communicated clearly, provided a fair upfront price, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. He removed the Phyn, reconnected everything cleanly, leak-tested the line, and did not replace any parts unnecessarily.

No upselling, no surprises, and the final price matched the quote. I really appreciated Art’s honesty and professionalism and would absolutely hire him again.
