The serviceman was punctual knowledgeable and responsive to my needs and questions. He scheduled repair time, arrived on time, examined my appliance, explained what the problem was, explained why choosing him was a wise decision and how my decision was going to save me money, made the repair, we exchanged payment and he was quickly on his way. I will be contacting him if ever the need for an appliance repair arises again. I highly recommend After 5 PM Appliance Repair!!

After another company gave me an incorrect diagnosis and had me order the wrong part, Angel came out fast, diagnosed the problem correctly, provided the part and installed it at a cost that was less than half of what the other company tried to charge. He's going to be my first call for future appliance issues. Thank You After 5!

The service tech arrived on time, evaluated the problem, and was able to give an estimate on the repair costs and concerns. We decided not to repair the unit due to its age and potential follow on problems.

Courteous/professional repairman. Mr Rosado did a complete check. Figured out the problem, but did not have the part. Promised to return within 2 days and would not take payment until he felt he had fixed the problem. He returned 2 days later, installed the part, ensured we were happy with the repair, and even though we had to go with a "used" part (due to keeping costs down for us), he still gave us a 90-day warranty, as if he had installed a brand new part. So far, so good. No issues have arisen since he repaired it.
