After another company gave me an incorrect diagnosis and had me order the wrong part, Angel came out fast, diagnosed the problem correctly, provided the part and installed it at a cost that was less than half of what the other company tried to charge. Courteous/professional repairman. Mr Rosado did a complete check. Figured out the problem, but did not have the part. Promised to return within 2 days and would not take payment until he felt he had fixed the problem. He returned 2 days later, installed the part, ensured we were happy with the repair, and even though we had to go with a "used" part (due to keeping costs down for us), he still gave us a 90-day warranty, as if he had installed a brand new part. So far, so good. No issues have arisen since he repaired it.
