- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is $65 inside a Loop 1604. For areas outside 1604 varies depending on where it’s located. Our diagnosis fee goes towards the repair leaving the final price just labor and parts plus tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first of all, give them a call a day prior of appointment then I gave him a call the day off appointment for a smaller timeframe window. Finally I give a call before heading out to the house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 1 1/2 years on electrical Training and I have over 8 years on appliance repair. Constantly, I’m going to seminars and training from manufacturers.
