I'm so happy with the work Isaac did on my appliances. He is very professional but also very realhe actually cares about saving you money on parts and doesn't pull any games with scheduling or extra visit fees. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is $65 inside a Loop 1604. For areas outside 1604 varies depending on where it’s located. Our diagnosis fee goes towards the repair leaving the final price just labor and parts plus tax.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first of all, give them a call a day prior of appointment then I gave him a call the day off appointment for a smaller timeframe window. Finally I give a call before heading out to the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 1 1/2 years on electrical Training and I have over 8 years on appliance repair. Constantly, I’m going to seminars and training from manufacturers.
