I was extremely impressed with ProStar. Archie, the technician, was very qualified and knew exacted what the problem was with my Samsung 28 cu. inch refrigerator's ice-maker. He fixed the problem in short time, within a half hour. He started off with showing me the exact price of the repair making sure that it was agreeable to me. It was quite reasonable. I appreciated Archie's friendliness and respect. I will definitely use ProStar in the future for all my appliance needs.
