My most recent work was with Liberty Bar, a classic cocktail eclectic restaurant that has been a staple in San Antonio for 20+ years. Ryan is an excellent bartender and was both professional and personable throughout our event. He can make all the classics on point and also mixes up creative concoctions of his own design. Several attendees were impressed by his (potent) hand-shaken margaritas, which he made with fresh-squeezed lime juice — very authentic.
