I was having a Halloween party of about 45 guests and the bartender I had got stuck in another state - 2 days before the party! I reached out to Karma Bartending and Dusty was on it! She quickly produced a very respectable quote and had a good bartender for the event! She even stopped by herself to say hello! The party went off without a hitch and everyone had a great time! Would highly recommend Dusty and Karma Bartending!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    *There is a one time, nonrefundable $50 booking fee to save the date and staff your event. This will include consulting/assistance planning drink menu, etc... *There is a minimum fee of $200 per employee for up to 4 hours. Therefore, if the event is less than 4 hours, the fee will be $200 per employee. Any time after those 4 hours will be $25 an hour. *If no tip jar is permitted (for bartenders), a $50 gratuity fee will be added to the final bill. *Half of the total bill will be required to be paid no later than 48 hours from the event date. Final payment will be due no later than 48 hours after the event date. A final bill will be sent. *We are based in San Antonio. We absolutely will travel; however, there will be a travel fee (per employee) depending on your event location. *All outdoor events with a temperature of 90⁰ or higher will incur an extra $10/hr charge per employee.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We've worked parties and dinners at private residences, as well as weddings, quinceaneras, special events (Super Bowl party & Kentucky Derby party) and corporate events. We've also served families their Thanksgiving & Christmas meals.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    In June 2022, we had the distinct honor of being asked to bartend the Ribs 'n Ritas event, a great fundraiser. We were then asked to be their resident bartenders & are already booked for next year's fundraising event.
