- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that they will most definitely get their moneys worth. Our prices are consistent and reasonable. They will be aware of pricing , extra fees , & discounts before service is provided to make sure there isn’t any confusion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is showing our motivation and dedication through our job role, ensuring that the customers event is exactly what they planned for it to be and more. Not only this, we also like to get a good idea of what the customer has in mind and then proceed with making it happen. We are more than happy to help with knowledge on quantity as well as quality and even drink ingredients.
