Juan Escamilla of Ace Remodeling (210) 843-5576 did an excellent painting job in my dining room by removing 40 yr old "grass cloth" wallpaper (NOT an easy job!), preparing the wall and then painting it white so that you would never know the wall had once been dark brown! He did the 14' wide x 13' tall wall in 2 days - and that includes the time he hand sanded off the remains of the grass cloth and time for the primer and first coat of paint to dry! His plumbing skills were just as good when he reconnected my dishwasher and disposal to a new sink.

I was very pleased with Ace Remodeling's Juan Escamilla's work (210) 843-5576. He was skillful and did a very good job in a timely manner. He removed some wallpaper and surfaced and painted a very large wall. Juan also touched up some other walls and look great! He also did some very good plumbing work including reconnecting after we had replaced a kitchen counter top.

Did an excellent job of removing the popcorn ceiling and re-texturing the ceiling and walls throughout our home. Our home was a complete renovation, which entailed a lot of detailed work. It was completed beautifully!

Ace Remodeling did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! They transformed our home from floor to ceiling. The ceilings and walls were retextured, new wall was put up, one loadbearing wall taken down. The entire house was remodeled to include: new bathrooms, new pantry, new flooring throughout the house, crown molding, door molding, base molding all replaced.
The entire house was repainted and new doors installed throughout the house. New canned lighting throughout the house and new electrical outlets installed. The upstairs pony wall removed and replaced with oak and medal rods downstairs rails replaced also. The Fireplace was restructured and received stone facing. The whole job was monumental but I am completely satisfied with the work performed.
I will hire them again in the future when I need work done. If you're smart, you will hire this company!!!
