He showed up a week in advance to scout the location, offered great advise for how to get my fiancée into position while maintaining the surprise, and helped direct us beautifully throughout the shoot without distracting from the excitement and fun. He returned a short set of pictures within a few hours that we loved sharing with our friends and family, then returned the entire set of pictures within a week of the proposal (with many more than we expected!). From the start, Jazmyne was extremely professional and responsive. We hired her to take photos of my mother-in-law's birthday party. She was also flexible, as we were running behind schedule so she agreed to come a bit later. She was also very proactive, asking us what photos we would like taken. She took great shots of our family. We are really happy with her work and highly recommend her.

Bob was fantastic! I was able to book him relatively last minute (because he had a cancellation) for an ~hour long birthday party shoot and I'm very happy I did. He was super easy to coordinate, communicate & work with, he was awesome on-site engaging with everyone (despite the chaoticness of the Riverwalk venue), and the photos came out really well. I'd definitely hire him again!

First, I'd like to say that Albert is a very pleasant professional. He responded to my inquiries in a prompt manner, was on time to our engagement, stayed a little longer than he was paid to stay, captured some beautiful photos of my grandmother at her 80th surprise birthday party, and provided us the proofs of the shoot, even extra photos in a very timely manner. I wish i could rate him higher, however, we almost had a catastrophe. 30 minutes into the event, Albert's battery camera died and he didn't have a charger , a back up battery, or back up camera to finish the 3 hour event. Fortunately, my brother does semi professional photography and happened to have his camera with him so Albert borrowed my brothers camera to finish the remaining 2 and half hours of the party. My concern remains, what if my brother didn’t have his camera? We would have missed some spectacular moments that couldn't be recreated. Normally, I'd rate this sort of mishap as far below average but will give him 3 stars because of the positives that I mentioned earlier. He truly is a nice guy but as a professional, you should always have a backup plan in case the unexpected happens.
