Work quality was spot on. This was a double door installation which can prove difficult. No issues - LDA was very professional and the installation went without a hitch. Every time I attempted to contact Damian, he responded within the hour and was very frank and honest with his response, The work was done well and he and his partner cleaned up the site and left it much as it was before the install. I would highly recommend Damian, his partner and LDA to everyone. I would use them again without hesitation. I am a very satisfied customer and fan!

First time on Thumb Tack, and I hit a home run with owner Damien! My wife and I had been having problems with sticking doors that needed a good pull to open or a good shove to close. They got worse this year. So I needed someone to readjust/rehang two exterior and two interior doors. Sent out the request to the group, and within 15 minutes, he contacts me. After explaining what I needed, he showed up 10 minutes later to look the work over and give me a price quote, which I found agreeable. We scheduled him to work a couple of days later. He and his assistant took off both exterior doors and realigned the door frame. They placed the doors back on, applied insulation where needed, and applied chalking all around the door and doorstep. They also installed the missing door strike plates and put really long screws into them. Much better!! After they completed their work, I realized that i had more work involving other doors (yeah, I know I have problem doors). They needed minor adjustments. I thought he would reschedule or charge me more, but like a true professional, he fixed them too right away at no charge. He did both in about five minutes. Damien and his assistant were very polite and professional. Damien is very pleasant to talk to and was not pushy. He used to work as a door and window installer before starting this business. He also does paint work, of which I plan to bring him back to paint inside my house. I told my sister and niece about him, and they both plan to call him too! Yes, I will hire him again and I highly recommend him to anyone!

Damien was very responsive, provided an honest assessment of our door lock and door situation, and went above and beyond to replace our door in an efficient, timely manner. He is very articulate and a skilled craftsman. We would definitely hire Damien again for any door issues and other projects around our house. Project overview: Originally hired Damien to replace old front door handle and dead bolt but the old lock required previous owners to remove too much material so locking mechanism could not be installed. Also the door casing was extremely damaged so it required complete replacement of the door. Damien also removed and reinstalled our security door in the process.

We chose LDA services to replace 4 of our external doors (including French doors) and two door resets that weren’t closing properly. I would highly recommend using this company for any door needs. They went above and beyond, working almost 13 hours one day to ensure the job was done properly. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable for the amount of work the job required. 5/5 stars and I would use them again in a heartbeat for any door problems
