I was extremely happy of their workmanship quality and they even back it with a 2 year warranty which speaks volumes!
They completed everything in a pretty timely manner considering my husband and I kept adding additional projects because we were so pleased with their work.
They were extremely reliable and great with communication, for example, one day they were running behind and instead of just “showing up when they showed up” (as many of those OTHER guys do) they actually called to make sure we knew they would be running late.

I found MUZE Home Improvements through Home Advisor and chose them for my project bc of their verified 5 star reviews. They proved that rating and more. I received a call back from Bryan right away on a small project to replace 2 interior doors in my home. From beginning to end they gave my small project big importance which made me feel valued as a customer. Rachel quickly prepared a quote and explained the costs which were extremely reasonable and they scheduled me within a weeks time. On the day of install, Rachel was very communicative on ETA and Bryan was prompt, friendly, professional, and got to work right away. Once complete, he gave advice on care for the doors and left the worksite spotless. A genuine professional. Quick chat after the job revealed the scope of his experience (hailing from a long line of master carpenters) including ALL things home building such as drywall, door and window install, carpentry, and finish out. Because of Bryan’s obvious skill and confidence, I’m already planning my second project with MUZE: installing a transom window to bring natural light to a master bath. I will say here what I’ve also shared w neighbors in my community, I highly recommend MUZE without hesitation. If you want fair dealings, great pricing, the highest of quality work and craftsmanship, and to feel valued as a customer no matter the size of the project - while also supporting a family owned business who take pride in their craft, then you need to call Bryan and Rachel at MUZE. There’s just no equal out there for all of your home improvement needs.
