Courteous and thorough. I added their pet urine removal and it did an excellent job removing stains and odor completely. For 4 bd, hallway, and stairs they were through in about an hour. I would recommend anytime.

They handsome trouble with their truck and had to get another to come out, so there was a slight delay. They did a good job, but nowhere close to the $150 bid they gave me. I asked for a full-house estimate and got $150... If they had done the carpets and tile, it would have been at least $600!
They ended up doing the carpet only, with scotch guarding... For $330.
I didn't mind the quality of work, but it would have been nice to have a more realistic estimate up front.

Pure Green did a great job getting the carpets clean re removing the pet odors; however, it took over 12 hours for the carpets to dry. At about 8 hours after the cleaning I had to use my home carpet cleaner to pull up more water since the carpets were still very wet.
