My message was answered within minutes and Joe scheduled me for the next day. Their technician,Sammy,arrived on time and fixed my leaking HVAC without replacing a costly drip pan which a prior “tech” wanted to do $$$. Sammy was knowledgeable, courteous, through, took time to explain, and answer my questions. He left my AC in better condition, working perfectly, and at a reasonable price. I look forward to setting up a maintenance program with Air Pros for more excellent experiences in the future!

They are very prompt and responsive on answering questions and they were able to schedule the AC repair for the next day when I asked them. So if you are in an urgent situation they are great. Our AC required a coil change, at first I was shocked how expensive that was, but I spent the next couple of days asking many other companies and pros and let me just put it this way, you are getting an amazing value for the money you are paying. Hard to beat it.

I have many technical classes attended so far, Mitsubishi ductless is one for example.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have a State License and are insured, you don't want a non professional and unscreened by the State to be working on your HVAC system
