They were very professional from the start to the finish; responded quickly to my initial contact, a welcoming and friendly rep scheduled an duct cleaning appointment and also within the following business day/morning, the rep came on time and had a positive attitude, was very professional and provided a professional assessment and proof of the work needed on our AC system and ducts, showed concern for our health and wellbeing in having a clean air system throughout the house, professionally vacuumed the ducts quickly and thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with.

The crew came by early and was able to clean a lot of lint out of the dryer vent. It was noticeable. I also had them clean my air vents while on site as I'm preparing to rent out this house. I would hire again. The tech's language/accent was extremely tough to understand. That's why the 4* rating...communication is important in business and he wasn't able to effectively communicate to me and I had to ask several times to slow down so I could understand him.

My Dryer duct/vent had never been cleaned for as long as we've owned this house. Turns out the ducting itself was broken in the attic and they were able to repair it right then and there. The additional fee for the repair was a little higher than I expected, but the work seems quality and I'm just happy to have a functional dryer vent again. The additional $260 was a bit much, and I didn't get a call before they arrived, otherwise they'd have gotten 5 stars.
