I had a problem with my air handler the relay to the blower motor what act up causing my blower motor to stay on Rene who was quick to show he replaced the relay also upon inspection pointed out to me that my contacts for my heat strips head blown up he also replace those my unit has been in service since November 1996 when I bought my house he complimented my unit on not having any noticeable leak do to my Freon pressure was good he did notice another contact to my compressor unit is getting ready to go but he was nice enough to inform me that it could continue to work but it would be wise to replace it which I will take him to consideration very knowledgeable has helped me understand my heat pump unit better much better and I'm very grateful for his work he does not stop until the job is done

I called Platinum IAQ Specialists to schedule a quote air duct cleaning. Later that evening our AC stopped cooling. I called back to have them check it out. Rene was there in an hour (about 10 pm). He fixed the problem and had us cooling in minutes! They are on my personal preferred contractor list!!!

Yesterday evening we came home to a very warm house. Our a/c was still running, but only warm air was coming out. I went on this website to find some a/c repair people and Platinum got back to me so quickly - in fact he was willing to come out same night to look at it. We called the next day and he was out here within an hour and a half or so (super quick in our opinion). He was friendly, knowledgeable (talked us through what happened, how to fix it, what problems may arise in the future, etc.), and was able to both diagnose and resolve our problem in a timely manner. Our a/c is working perfectly now and we really appreciate the service. Highly recommended!

Jessie and Henry came out to do some new wiring as well as give us an estimate for air duct cleaning. I am so impressed with their company and the dedication they seem to have keeping their customers happy. Jessie was very knowledgeable in answering my questions about my HVAC system. I was pleased when she informed me that all my system needs is a good cleaning and didn't try to sell me things that were unnecessary. I was also appreciative that she took pictures to show me exactly what my air ducts look like. Henry did an outstanding job with the new wiring we needed and was even very kind about making a last minute change I requested concerning the switch placement (he didn't do anything wrong I was just being obsessive about it working for my needs a particular way). He didn't hesitate though to make it exactly how I wanted it and what's even better is he acted like it was no problem at all. That's what excellent customer service is all about! During their visit Jessie informed me they specialize in all kinds of home improvement services far beyond AC/Heat systems. I will most definitely call on this company for my future handyman needs around the house. Their prices are very fair and their customer service is unbeatable!

Flat rate pricing everything up front no hidden fees. I am a professional and take pride in my work and warranties and guarantees, so I will know exactly what it will take to complete the job. If its something I missed ITS MY FAULT AND I WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO FINISH JOB WITH OUT SKIPPING A BEAT!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know my customer and to listen to what they have to say and wanting done, that way I can accomplish the task and properly ensuring them satisfaction guaranteed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 yr hvac degree 16 yrs experience in the field of home service many of many jobs in duct work all aspects. The only thing I didn't do was make the duct itself. But cleaning, installing, repairing, sealing, and fixing those rooms that just dont get enough air.
