I called at 10 pm and they answered immediately, Wow. My air conditioner broke in during a very hot Sunday evening. Monday morning Sam come out and checked what the problem was and got my issue resolved, also Sam was very professional and nice, he replaced two parts that had failed in the air conditioner.
