It was a pleasure working with these guys and they did a great job installing a split AC system in my garage. They responded quickly to my initial contact and worked with me to provide multiple fair quotes for various systems and even offered to install a system if I purchased myself. Our air conditioner was making a very loud Humming sound! Cadillac HVAC Service came over right away, did a complete inspection of the air conditioner, electrical, and refrigerant components and found that we needed to replace the condenser fan motor which was pulling a high current average that could have over-heated. He replaced the fan motor with one that was very comparable to the fan motor that needed to be replaced. He also checked the pressure, the refrigerant temperature also maintained condensation drain pipe and flushed and cleaned the pipe system operation. I received Excellent, Courteous, and Professional Service from Cadillac HVAC Service and I Highly Recommend them whenever you have any problems with your air conditioning system.

Excellent service! We had an issue with our HVAC system I called and got a quick appointment Sam came inspected the unit and explained in a very clear and simple manner whats the issue and what are the options to resolve it then helped us choose the best solution. Within a couple of days the big job was done perfectly and were very pleased with the outcome everything was easy quick and done so professionally! I would use their services in the future for maintenance and any other issue also I would recommend them to my friends and family.Thank you Sam and his team for a fantastic job!!
