- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat rate except for installs which charges by the hour. I do have a small upfee for out of city calls as well. My discounts are included with a maintenance package just ask for details since I have different tiers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have my ears open to all questions and try and explain everything as I'm going. I will offer tips and keeping up with their units when I myself are not able to make it out for a routine call. I usually like to make sure everything is understood before I leave any job site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training has been hands on in the field. Installs,codes,vfds,chillers,residential,commercial, etc
