- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices depend on cake design, flavor, filling & cake toppers. We do not give prices on line or by phone. We always do prices and contacts in person only to verify customer is sure of what they are getting. A cake tasting is also available for wedding or quincenera cakes with appt only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always try to give all our customers the best service available. All contracts are made in person to assure both parties have a clear understanding of the service that will be provided. We have cake tasting available for new customers for wedding and quincenera cakes only ( must have a prior appt).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees are required to update their career related license every 2 years and take new training courses to advance their knowledge & keep up with the newest trends.
