- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Customer Process 1. Free Virtual Estimate We start with a free virtual estimate so you have a clear price range upfront. This helps you decide if the project fits your budget before taking time to meet with anyone in person. 2. Talk With an Experienced Electrician/Contractor You’ll speak with an experienced professional who can listen to your concerns, explain the possible issues, and walk you through your options in a clear, honest way. 3. Review the Scope of Work Once the project is understood, we confirm what needs to be done, what is included, and any important details so everyone is on the same page before work begins. 4. Schedule the Job After the scope is approved, we schedule the work at a time that works for you and confirm the expected timeline. 5. Complete the Work We show up prepared, complete the agreed-upon work, and keep you informed about progress and deadlines from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Most of my training has come from hands-on field experience working alongside experienced electricians, supervisors, and contractors. I learned by doing the work in real residential environments, asking questions, following proper procedures, and building my skills over time on actual job sites. That field experience has given me a strong practical understanding of residential electrical systems, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and how to complete work safely and correctly inside customers’ homes.
