Ernesto was outstanding! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, personable. I have had virus and registry problems for a month with this vicious virus that changed my dllhost file, corrupted my registry, shut down Windows Powershell, kept increasing my memory usage, and would constantly reach out to websites with more malware on them to download more viruses and trojans.
Ernesto listened to what I had to say, immediately understood what the symptoms meant, and knew exactly how to fix my PC. He showed up on time and got right to work. Within 30 minutes, he had repaired my registry (including the dllhost file), removed remaining bugs, cleaned up my PC and even installed a better anti-virus software package than I was using and then guaranteed his work for 3 months.
All of this while explaining what he was doing and why, and keeping up a witty conversational thread that was fun and entertaining.
I am recommending Ernesto to a friend of mine at work who has been having trouble with his computer. I will reach out to Ernesto again if I ever have any more PC problems. I recommend him to you also.

Ernesto was a pleasure to work with. He didn't talk down to me just because I don't know squat about computers. Thoroughly explained everything he was doing to fix my printer and streaming video problem. Also explained things about an expence report spreadsheet I didn't understand.
He showed up at my apartment on time exactly when he said he would. That goes a long way with me.
How could the experience have been improved? It couldn't.
Plus he gives a 1 year guarantee for worked performed.

I was really impressed with his work. I thought my laptop was done for, but when he explained how fixable it was everything started to look up! He did the repair at a very reasonable price and ask really grateful it took less than a week to Fix! I'd recommend him if your not looking to spend too much on a repair :)
