- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually $50/hr. Sometime the repair requires that parts are replaced. I utilize online auctions or my purchasing position to leverage the best prices for my clients. I never mark up replacement parts.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started building computers in the late 80s, and have always enjoyed working with them. I worked with computers in business and I was intrigued with their ability to increase productivity, and communications.
