My crew & myself pay attention to the smallest details especially the clean-up after each day of work. After over 30 yrs. in the inground swimming pool business dealing with issues that may arise nothing has come our way that has'nt been resolved. I enjoy the trade given to me as a young adult,many others are better salesman,we just take care of business! Customer satisfaction, if they like the project , so do i.The fun part of job is watching the customer get excited as we get closer to finishing their project until its totally compleated,and the customer satisfied.This is what gets me going its not about making a huge profit! If the job is done right a sensible profit is part of any custom trade.

Noel Ramirez was the right guy for the job. What put him ahead of the rest was his promptness and willingness to earn the work. At first I was hesitant since he was persistent in wanting an on-site evaluation despite the detail I shared in advance, but later I understood his perspective after observing his assessment on-site. He wanted to ensure he was providing accurate information. What stood out is him sticking to his commitments, unlike others I had worked through in the past who gave one amount only to incrementally call for more and more. Not Noel! He was detailed and wasted no time with his calculations and recommendations. Noel was pleasant to talk to. He was personable, yet focused on the information he needed to align the work and complete it on time, as promised. Through the trust he built, I comfortably took additional recommendations from Noel. His work exceed my expectations and the total solution offered value. Noel was reasonable, willing to discuss details to ensure I was comfortable with the scope of work, materials, cost, and timeline. At no point did I ever feel awkward, pressured, or reluctant. After this experience, I would definitely be contacting Noel again for future work. Very pleased and glad I had the opportunity to provide him the work for exactly what I was looking for. Thank you and your staff for being so nice and helpful at jobsite. The sidewalk which weigh at least 200lbs each were a challe ge to constuct onsite. But i like doing projects that involve detail. I enjoyed the projects which also involved a concrete slab for a hotub. Thank you Andrew..

The job was filling a crack between two existing foundation and a bad place in the garage floor. Time will tell in the patch holds, but the workmen took their time, did a great job in prepping the area to avoid dust and cleaned up well after the job was completed.

If I can describe his (Noel’s)work and professionalism in word that would be “WOW”. From the start to the finish it was seamless to deal with. He is a a master when it comes to concrete work including art work. My wife and I could not be any happier. Long story short I hired a company to do stain work for my concrete when he was about 75% done I decided, I could no longer continue the work they have performed. I have a brand new pool and I wanted a nice pool deck and patio to go with it. So I decided to contact Noel. And that was it. He not only finished where the other company have left off he completed the work with his excellent work and put a big smile on my family’s face. I not only will refer him to my friend family, I will continue to hire him for my future job which I’ve already done. You will not be disappointed with his 30+ years of experience and work ethics.
