I have worked with All Pro since February 2023. Mr. Berry has been honest and upfront with me about the work I needed to have done in order to fix the damaged to my house caused by another contractor. All Pro has operated with honor and integrity and has will be hiring them to do a complete remodel of my home. You should too.

All pro construction did an an outstanding job in the leveling of my home which sat on pier beams. The owner, John, was very kind, understanding, thorough and professional. The estimate he gave me was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely hire All Pro Construction Company again and, I

I set up an appointment with this company and no one showed up or called. I ended up having to call and was told (by the man I set up the appointment with ) that he forgot he had a doctors appointment at the same time as he had scheduled the appointment with me. He didn’t bother to call and let me know. Not only did I take time off of work but it was a waste of my time. I would NOT recommend this company.

Ma’am, I explained to you that morning when you called that I had been involved in a car accident and was in a doctors office. I told you that I could send out one of my other team members and I am sorry, but due to the circumstances, I had simply forgot to call you. The whole being involved in an accident thing kind of took precedence at the time. I am sorry that we missed our appointment with you, but we did offer to go ahead and reschedule and you stated that you did not want to. I am sorry again that we missed our appointment with you. but sometimes in life somethings are unavoidable. Thank you, God bless, I hope your repair came out wonderfully.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are family owned and family operated. As I said, the company has been DBA San Antonio since 2006 and we do very little advertising. A lot of our work comes from word of mouth
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with the inspection. We provide our customers with a written estimate at we offer a retail price, and then, of course we also offer a price based on inventory in stock, and what we have to work with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hi school graduate, and as I have said, studied under Dr. Rampt. When he was employed by my father, after he retired from UTSA.
