- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am pretty reasonable with my prices. I give a 20% discount for Police, Firefighters, Paramedics, EMT's, Military & Military Dependents. I also give 10% off for Foster Parents, Teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try my best to accommodate their scheduling needs as I realize their time is important. I gather basic information and we agree on a place, date and time for teaching. I answer any questions that they may have related to course descriptions, certifications and price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed nurse and have been for twelve years. I worked for six years in the medical field before that. I have direct experience with teaching adult learners and I am very comfortable teaching CPR and First Aid.
