Brian and James from Brian’s Mission Builders went above and beyond for our unique repair ask for fixing our upstairs flooring that experienced drastic squeaking/flexing in certain areas in our 2019 built home. Brian's responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, value, and amazing attention to detail was more than we could have asked for when reaching out for help with this repair project. Brian was quick to perform an initial assessment for pre-planning the work required and we were able to plan for a time/date for the work to be performed. Awesome customer service throughout the entire experience from the initial request, to the start of their work and to their clean up afterwards was beyond exceptional. Our floors upstairs now feel like we just moved into a brand new home! We will use Brian and team for all other projects around our house without question. Thanks team!
