- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of event, event length, location, and overall production needs. Every quote includes professional planning support, high-quality sound equipment, and a DJ trained to deliver the DJ Stash experience. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all pricing because every event is different, but we’re always transparent with our quotes—no surprise fees. Once your date and details are confirmed, your price is locked in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your event—your vision, your vibe, and what matters most to you and your guests. Once your booking is confirmed, you’re matched with the DJ who will be handling your event, and they become your main point of contact from start to finish. Your DJ will guide you through the planning process, help shape the music and timeline, and make sure every detail is covered well before the event. Behind the scenes, they follow DJ Stash’s preparation standards to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. On event day, your DJ arrives fully prepared and focused on executing the plan so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our DJs have years of hands-on experience performing at weddings and events and are continuously trained on music programming, crowd reading, microphone presence, and event flow. Every DJ representing DJ Stash follows a shared preparation process and performance standards to ensure consistency, professionalism, and a polished experience at every event.
