- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a standard price for our services based on many factors,such city,travel,event lenght, and any additional equipment needed to fulfill request of client. However we do offer our services in one quoted price for up to 5 hour's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We feel every opportunity we have to work with any new client is unique in it's own way. However,we like to communicate and meet with our clients more closely early on to insure we go over all important information and details of our services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A few year's ago we had some life changing moment's happen in our lives. At that time I decided that I felt it was time to use my experience in customer service,professional MC&DJ skill's to start our professional music service. So that that we could not only offer an affordable service for all types families and budgets,but also to help out other's by representing our professional music service to great organization's as in kind donation sponsor.
