• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I can give military discount and first responder discount.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I like to begin on a phone call so that I can hear what's going on with the client's dog and so that we can put together a training plan going forward to see what needs to be worked on.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I'm a veteran. I have been training my personal dogs since 2017 as well as the puppies from their first litter. I worked as a contractor for a couple of dog training companies and am currently going to try and focus on service dog training certifications.
