- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service fees are waived if the repair is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Technician will do the diagnostic and then inform the client of prognosis and pricing. If customer agrees to the repair then technician will proceed. The client will only be charged the quoted pricing for the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified and qualified in their chosen field of repair and/or servicing.
