- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, ceiling height, and the level of drywall finish required. Smaller repairs are typically priced per repair area, while larger projects are estimated based on square footage and scope of work. I provide clear estimates with no hidden fees. A deposit is usually required to schedule the job, and the remaining balance is due once the work is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I speak with the customer to understand the scope of the project. If needed, I schedule an in-person visit to evaluate the drywall damage or project area. After that, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once the customer approves the estimate and deposit is received, we schedule the work. I make sure the job site stays clean and the work is completed professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in drywall installation, tape and float, texture matching, and repairs. I have worked on residential and remodeling projects and have learned industry techniques that ensure smooth finishes and high-quality results.
