FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Cobalt Electrical, we believe in upfront, honest pricing with no hidden fees. Every project begins with a professional evaluation so we can provide an accurate estimate before any work begins. Our pricing reflects the use of licensed electricians, quality materials, and work completed to current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. We never cut corners, and we stand behind our workmanship. We also offer free estimates on many installation projects, annual membership savings, and financing options for larger electrical improvements such as panel upgrades and EV charger installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make your experience stress-free. 1. We learn about your project and schedule a convenient appointment. 2. One of our licensed electricians arrives on time, evaluates the work, and answers any questions you have. 3. We provide a clear explanation of the recommended solution along with an upfront estimate. 4. Once approved, we complete the work safely, professionally, and in accordance with current electrical codes. 5. Before leaving, we test everything, clean up our work area, and make sure you are completely satisfied. Our goal is to earn your trust and become your electrician for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cobalt Electrical is a fully licensed and insured Texas electrical contractor. Our team includes licensed Master and Journeyman Electricians who receive ongoing training to stay current with the latest National Electrical Code requirements, safety practices, and emerging technologies. We regularly perform everything from troubleshooting and repairs to panel upgrades, surge protection, lighting installations, EV charger installations, and whole-home electrical improvements. Continuing education and safety are an important part of how we operate every day.
