I was really looking forward to working with you considering all the great reviews and I love to support small family businesses. But I am disappointed and frustrated due to the lack of professionalism and consideration for my time. I waited to write this review just to give you some time and/or a chance to respond to my messages. But now that I see that you won’t give me the decency of even responding back I have to write this review. Twice you have missed a scheduled appointment with me and the second time, even after I confirmed the appointment with you the night before, you still did not show up... you didn’t call.... and you still have not respond to my messages. I don’t understand how a business can be run this way. I hope you do better.
