I needed an outdoor and flood light fixture replaced and Propel was very quick and prompt to respond and get me scheduled for an appointment to survey the project so they can give me a quote. Carrie was able to find and order the appropriate light fixtures to my liking and kept me updated until the merchandise arrived and sent Jake to do the install. This company and its staff are very professional and courteous and take pride in what they do and make sure customer satisfaction comes first. My son ended up hiring them also twice to install dimmer lights throughout his entire house. These days it’s hard to find honest, reliable and trustworthy electricians who are willing to do a job be it big or small. I will hire them again for future projects.

Jacob was the best you could ask for. He was professional, honest, patient, and trust worthy. He talked me through the entire process and explained everything. He wasn’t quick to replace my breaker before he did a complete diagnosis. I really appreciate his integrity, would definitely recommend this company!

I had my contractor put in 7 recess lights and a light fixture. Every time we turned on the lights there was a loud buzzing noise. We called Propel and she sent someone out that Monday. Michael found the issue immediately. The recess lights were not compatible to the dimmer. We looked it up and it said the light we bought need to be on a ELV or Triac dimmer. We bought a Lutron dimmer. My husband really didn’t care about the dinner so Michael switched out the switch with just a regular switch. Worked beautifully.

We recently installed a portable A/C unit to one of our bedrooms. After about 18 hours the unit stopped as well as most of the lights, ceiling fan, computer, etc. I asked for an electrician and Propel responded within minutes. I then spoke with Jen, from Propel. She offered to schedule someone to come out for a consult/estimate or she could send out an electrician. However, after explaining our issue, she offered some quick solutions. One of them worked! I am so impressed with this lady/company that I will definitely call them if I need any more help. No charge and problem solved! How refreshing to talk with someone who genuinely cares and is not in it to make a quick buck. If Jen is a true representation of her company and it’s other employees, amazing! Thanks so much! Hire this honest company!
