Glad I found these guys! Had an outdoor outlet that was sparking, and I put out a request on Thumbtack. Within 5-10 minutes a super friendly rep, Mary, called me to see how they could assist. She was awesome, talking through next steps and willing to send someone out that afternoon. My schedule didn’t allow, but was able to book for the following day. Just as promised, she gave me a call to inform me the tech was on his way, and a link was sent to track arrival. My tech was Jordan J. and he is a ROCK STAR! He did an incredibly thorough review of not just the outlet but the entire electrical in my home. I was dreading it - my house was built in 1972 and everything is original except the AC I replaced three years ago. Soon though, that dread went away because Jordan was able to draft up three different solutions, walking me through what each solution would cover and the cost. I went with the mid-range option which was a pretty penny, however, I was able to easily apply for financing. Jordan let me know the team could be there first thing the following day, but again, schedule didn’t permit so we set it for a couple days after.

The awesome rep called me on the day of the appointment to let me know they were on their way. Jordan and his awesome team (Efren and Abel) arrived early and got to work right away. They brought generators to plug our refrigerators into as the power had to be shut for the majority of the project. By 5:30pm, the power was back and the team was fully complete by 6:30! All in all, they completely replaced/consolidated/modernized my indoor and outdoor panels, grounded the wires, consolidated and added separate power to the pool pump. They’ve labeled all the circuit breakers and walked us through the work, which was awesome!

I can’t speak highly enough of Jordan, he was so friendly, kind and understanding. He provided helpful solutions and came through on every promise he made. Efren and Abel were equally awesome, both being super friendly! Mary, the rep who arranged everything was a pleasure to work with. Overall, recommend this company HIGHLY - they also do HVAC work which I will definitely have to test out. They’ve got my business. If you go with them request Jordan - he’s the best!

Henry actually explained why I did not need the upgrade on an outlet I thought I had to have which saved me money. He then checked my 16 year old home for any recommended updates and saw I did not have a surge protector for the house and explained the need for it. He was courteous, explained everything, was not pushy, did great work and cleaned up any work debris.
