FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are subject to change at any time and must be put in the contract in order to be valid. I do offer active military/veteran discount of 15% or an upgraded session the customer chooses and proof of military service is required. Fees: All fees are agreed upon with a contract no word of mouth contracts are valid. Retainer Fees: Vary dependent on session, retainer fees are not refundable unless a documented medical emergency arises (death, injury, dire illness,) Cancellations: All cancellations must be made within 1 week of event, retainer fee is kept and any cancellations after the 1 week mark must pay for full session Rescheduling fee is incurred if not rescheduled within 48 hours of the contract. $50.00 scheduling fee is required if after the 48 hour mark. Disagreements: I will always to the best of my ability make things right if situations go wrong or if the client feels they have been mistreated or get a product other then what was represented on my personal page. Timely Arrival: After 15 minutes of being late with no phone call or notice I reserve the right to leave. I will keep the retainer and reserve the right to request you to pay the full amount of session. If you are late 15 minutes and have given me notice that you are on your way the time for the session begins at the time agreed upon and any extra time must be added to the total amount of the session. Final Payment: Final payment must be made at the time of photo session Travel: I can and will travel to the event but there will be a fee dependent on location and means of travel and lodging to the location. Prices and fees will be agreed upon and in the contract
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process of a new Client: 1.Phone consult to obtain information on date, time, and photography needs 2.Retianer Fee is required at this point if client decides to proceed with my services. Location, fees, and type of package must be selected at this point and Contract must also be signed and returned in order to proceed. 3.Stylng phone consult, discuss photo session wardrobe and the pieces that client has selected. If necessary I can assist in selecting items and creating a color palette that would work for that type of session. If you would like me to be the one to pick the pieces in person and deliver them to you there will be a fee accessed. I will also do a styling fee contract to be sure all details and expectations are met. 4.Go over final details and sign another statement saying I have completed the process and the only thing left is to execute the photo session.
