- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting at $500 for non-saturday events. Most common package is $1500 for 6 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat new customers like they were friends or family members. Just a conversation to learn what we do and how we do it. They ask questions, I reply. Very casual conversation. I often hear from other wedding vendors of their selling tactics. When I get asked about mine, I just say I talk to them :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At a very young age I discovered my passion for the media arts. I have a degree, but most importantly I have worked in the audio, video, photo industry for 21 years. I have done everything from movies, documentaries, commercial and of course social work. I decided to specialize in social bc I have more creative freedom and couples trust me.
